Volunteer Spotlight: Janet Fredrick

Janet is a Thread Trail Ambassador and active member. This year she has helped us out with everything from trail runs to outreach events like Open Streets 704 and never fails to bring her sunny disposition to every event!

Janet had a lot to say about what her work at the Thread Trail means to her. She told us, “I love to walk in the woods, watch birds, ride my bicycle, camp, hike, sit by a stream and listen to the soothing sound of water flowing over rocks. Preserving our natural world is so important so that I and future generations can continue to enjoy these kinds of experiences.”
